After School Art class schedule

All 2009 winter After School Art classes are on Tuesday afternoons from 3 to 5 PM. All classes are taught by Di and Mike Morgan and include a light snack and all materials. We will accept children ages 6 to 16. All classes are $15 each. Family rates are available. Preregistration is recommended. For more information call 360-864-4ART. Students from Toledo Schools may ride bus #7 to the M.A.C.

Draw, paint, and color well-known paintings by American Artists.
January 20 A STITCH IN TIME
Work on Sewing Machines. Also, paint/glaze Jan. 6 clay projects.
January 27 YEAR OF THE OX
Chinese New Year (Jan. 26) Make Chinese art objects.
February 3 UNDER THE SEA
Create an underwater diorama.
February 10 GOING TO COLLAGE
Make a beautiful picture by cutting and pasting paper.
February 17 CLAY & SCULPTURE
Sculpt, coil, slab, and wheel clay projects to be fired for March 3.
February 24 FAMOUS ARTIST
Draw Mickey & friends and make a flip book in the style of Walt Disney.
March 3 JEWELRY MAKING
Make a ring, necklace, bracelet, pin Also, paint/glaze Feb. 17 clay projects.
March 10 SEW & STUFF
Work on Sewing Machines. Make a stuffed animal.
March 17 IT’S NOT EASY BEING GREEN
Paint, plant, bake, make, and eat Green Things.
March 24 SPIRALS
